3. Dress for your next salary bracket

Even virtually. It’s not about fashion. It’s about showing up sharp, confident, and intentional.

4. Ask better questions

Don’t sit there waiting to be evaluated. Ask them about their challenges, team dynamics, priorities. Show them you are not desperate, you are discerning.

5. Send the thank-you note

Yes, really. Within 24 hours. Refer to something they said. Reinforce why you are excited and how you can contribute. It’s the tiny hinge that swings big doors.
