We start by cutting past the hype to the mechanics: what's actually changed about how hiring, evaluation, and career progression work in an AI-augmented workplace.

From there, participants are introduced to a repeatable method for using AI as a genuine career thinking partner, not just a shortcut for tasks. This is hands-on from minute one: participants build a working career brief and run their first AI-assisted strategy session live, on their own situation. They leave with a document they can act on the next day. Designed to work equally for active job seekers and employed professionals planning their next 12–24 months.
