WEEK 4: Irresistible Interview (I of P.R.I.D.E.)

 

Learn how to stand out in interviews by mastering your personal pitch and building a bank of powerful career stories. You’ll also gain frameworks to handle tough questions about career gaps, pivots, or retrenchments with confidence.

 

By the end of this week, you will have: 

• A compelling answer to “Tell me about yourself”

• Three STAR-format signature stories

• A personalized interview practice plan

WEEK 5: Decoding Salary Negotiation (D of P.R.I.D.E.) 

 

This week, we help you navigate salary and offer conversations with ease. You’ll learn what to say, when to say it, and how to counter without fear. We’ll also cover evaluating offers beyond just the paycheck.

 

By the end of this week, you will have:  

• A salary strategy that matches your value

• Negotiation scripts for recruiters and hiring managers

• A decision-making framework to assess job offers

WEEK 6: Embracing Your New Job (E of P.R.I.D.E.) 

 

It doesn’t stop at the offer. This final week sets you up to hit the ground running. We’ll guide you through leaving your current job gracefully, onboarding with impact, and staying visible for long-term success.

• A 30/60/90-day success plan for your new role
